What?

Zarika Association is excited to share with you this wonderful training course on the topics of mentoring and coaching in youth work, which is hosted by our partner organization Masterpeace.

We are looking for 24 active youth workers (trainers, mentors, coaches, project coordinators, educators, etc.) who are directly involved with young people, are eager to deepen their supporting skills and are from Italy, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Croatia or Slovenia.

We developed the M.A.G.I.C project to share and exchange coaching and mentoring tools that have been successfully used in work with young people. To ensure a holistic and complex approach, we based our training on the Dilts pyramid, which claims that every situation can be viewed, analysed and solved on different levels and, depending on it, with different outcomes.

This training is for you if you:

• Work with youth and want practical coaching and mentoring tools for everyday practice.
• Are interested in a holistic approach to personal and professional growth, including the Dilts Pyramid (from environment to mission).
• Are open to diverse methods such as dialogue, art, movement, and nature-based learning.
• Enjoy learning through exchange, sharing your experience while exploring new ideas.
• Have a communicative level of English and can actively participate.
• Can commit to all project phases, including preparation and follow-up.

How?

Hosting organization: Masterpeace, Slovenia

Accommodation and meals are 100% covered by the hosting organization.

Travel reimbursement up to 309 euro (395 euro for green travel).

Participants will be required to actively disseminate the project, following our dissemination guidelines.

Zarika is not charging participation or administration fee for this project.
