Dissemination guidelines for participants of international mobilities

As a participant in an international mobility program supported by Zarika Association, you play a key role in sharing the knowledge and experiences gained during your activity. To ensure effective dissemination, please follow these guidelines:

1. Social Media Engagement

  • At least one post on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) during or after the activity.
  • Tag Zarika Association and the hosting organization.

  • Use relevant project hashtags and Erasmus+ #erasmusplus (or other funders’) hashtags if applicable.
  • Share insights, key learnings, or highlights of your experience.

2. Testimonial Submission

  • Write a short testimonial (3-4 sentences) reflecting on your experience, what you learned, and how it benefited you.
  • Attach 1 to 3 photos taken during the mobility.
  • Send both the testimonial and photos over email to Zarika Association for website, newsletter, and/or social media publication.

3. Follow-up Implementation

  • Participants in training courses, seminars, or other professional development activities must actively disseminate and implement what they learned.
  • This may include:
    • Organizing a local workshop, meeting, or online session to share knowledge.
    • Writing an article or blog post summarizing key takeaways.
    • Supporting future projects with gained expertise.
  • The specific follow-up actions will be determined based on the project’s requirements.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit a brief report on dissemination efforts (social media links, testimonials, and follow-up activities) to Zarika Association within two weeks after the mobility.
  • Non-compliance may affect eligibility for travel reimbursement and eligibility for future opportunities.
