Group leaders are already recruited, now we’re looking for participants for this adventure!

The EnCourage4 Youth Exchange blends real-world exploration with the mythical framework of Joseph Campbell’s “Hero’s Journey.” Each step your group takes through the forest will mirror the stages of this timeless narrative, guiding participants through challenges, triumphs, and moments of reflection.

Through interactive workshops, immersive activities, and creative simulations, you’ll lead your group as they confront their own resistances, uncover their strengths, and embrace the magic of personal transformation. The forest is more than just a place—
