On 29 November 2025, in the cozy atmosphere of our office in Bansko, Zarika Association held its Vision Board Workshop – an event dedicated to dreams, goals, and personal creative expression. The workshop brought together participants who immersed themselves in an afternoon filled with inspiration, shared energy, and uplifting emotions.

What is a Vision Board?

A Vision Board, or “dream map,” is a tool for visualization and goal setting. It helps us express our desires and intentions clearly and tangibly, giving them form and space, and thus bringing them closer to becoming reality.

How did our workshop unfold?

The event, led by our facilitator Vesi, began with a brief get-to-know session that created a sense of ease and connection among participants. This was followed by a gentle relaxation practice, accompanied by Bistra’s soundscape of singing bowls, “stream water”, and divya sounds. Combined with Vesi’s voice, the atmosphere helped everyone tune into their inner world and set intentions for the year ahead.

After the meditation, the participants naturally transitioned into the creative part of the workshop. They began selecting images, words, and symbols from the rich collection of magazines and materials prepared by the Zarika team. The blank sheets quickly transformed into colorful Vision Board collages filled with dreams of travel, education, personal development, a calmer daily life, new skills, and professional achievements.

At the end of the workshop, some participants chose to share the ideas behind their vision boards. This created a warm and inspiring moment, showing how different—and yet how similar—people’s aspirations can be when they talk about their future.
