Zarika Association is excited to share with you this wonderful training course YOUniverse, an embodiment laboratory of movement, meaning, and magic, hosted by our partner organization, YOUnique.

YOUniverse is an experiential laboratory for YOU to step into a space of various somatic methodologies, and build skills that foster social inclusion, resilience, and well-being of yours and your target groups.

Dive into practices that help you reconnect with yourself, expand your facilitation toolkit, and create brave spaces for expression and growth. In the YOUniverse, your body becomes your compass, and guides your way.

Get ready to explore, experiment, and bring the magic back to your community!

Why?

As a participant in this mobility, you will:

• rediscover the joy and liveliness of physicality, playfulness of interaction through movement and somatic practices

How?

Hosting organization: YOUnique

Accommodation and meals are 100% covered by the hosting organization. There is a contribution fee of 50-100 euros to be paid to the hosting organization on the last day of the program.

Travel reimbursement for participants from Bulgaria – up to 309 euros (417 euros for green travel).
